- No. Patients book and watch the queue from a link in the browser. Tokn is paid for by the practice.
- Does it replace my practice-management software?
- No — Tokn runs the front of the visit: bookings, the live queue and arrival nudges. Keep your clinical records where they are.
- What happens when the Free plan hits its booking limit?
- New bookings pause until the next month starts or you upgrade. Bookings already made, and the live queue, keep working. The billing page warns you at 80%.
- Why is the price different in my country?
- Each region is priced for its own market and billed in its own currency, rather than converted from one price list.
