Questions businesses ask

Do customers pay anything or need to install an app?: No. Customers book and watch the queue from a link in the browser. Tokn is paid for by the business.
Does it replace the software I already use?: No. Tokn runs the front of the visit (bookings, the live queue and arrival nudges) alongside your practice-management, salon or point-of-sale system. Records, notes and billing stay where they are. Connecting Tokn to that system, directly or through Zapier, is coming soon.
What happens when the trial ends?: Until you choose a plan, your business gets 100 bookings a month and 1 seat. After that, new bookings pause until the next month starts or you choose a plan. Bookings already made, and the live queue, keep working. The billing page warns you at 80%.
How does annual billing work?: You pay for 10 months and get 12, in one payment. It works with founding prices too.
Why is the price different in my country?: Each region is priced for its own market and billed in its own currency, rather than converted from one price list.
